Northern Solar Holdings Berhad and its subsidiaries (“Northern Solar”) are committed to providing a clear and fair cancellation and refund process.

Residential Customers

Cancellation

Customers may submit a cancellation request to Northern Solar within 7 days from the date of the Quotation. No cancellation request will be accepted after this period.

Refund

For eligible cancellations, refunds will be subject to review and approval by Northern Solar. Any costs already incurred or committed by Northern Solar in relation to the order or project may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval. The actual time for the refunded amount to be credited may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Commercial & Industrial (“C&I”) Customers

For Commercial & Industrial (“C&I”) projects, all cancellation and refund terms shall be subject to the terms and conditions specified in the respective agreement, contract or accepted proposal between the customer and Northern Solar.

General

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted to Northern Solar for review and approval.

Where specific cancellation or refund terms are stated in the relevant, quotation, agreement, contract or accepted proposal, those terms shall take precedence over this general policy, subject to applicable laws.
